The BIG DOG Bunch Memorial Page
I created this page with a heavy heart. It is incredibly difficult to lose a member. We dedicate this page to our members we have lost along the way.
Derringer

We regret to announce that Derringer has passed on. He
had been recently diagnosed with lung cancer and fought a
very short battle. He will be forever missed by The BIG DOG
Bunch. We send our sympathy and love to his family. Good-
bye for now, Derringer. We'll see you on the other side when
we have the last BDB meeting in heaven.
Howie

We regret to announce that Howie has passed on. He
battled kidney failure for three months. He will be forever missed
by The BIG DOG Bunch. We send our sympathy and love
to his family. Good-bye for now, Howie. We will all
be reunited on the other side when we have the last BDB
meeting in heaven.
Punkin

We regret to announce that Punkin has passed on. She
was diagnosed with a multitude of genetic disorders,
including hemorrhaging gastroenteritis and a clotting
disorder. She faded quickly out of our lives at a very early
age, but will never fade from our memories. We send our
sympathy and love to her family. She will be forever
missed by The BIG DOG Bunch. Good-bye for now, Punkin.
We will all be reunited at the last BDB meeting in heaven.
Tucker

We regret to announce that Tucker has passed on. He had
been taken to the vet for weight loss to find no apparent
reason why. Then, late one January evening, he wasn't
acting himself. He was rushed to Urgent Animal Care to
find out he was suffering from kidney failure. His very early
departure has left us all heavy-hearted. He will be forever
missed by The BIG DOG Bunch. We send our sympathy and
love to his family. Good-bye for now, Tucker. We will see you
again at the last BDB meeting in heaven.
Boots

We announce with a very heavy heart that Boots has passed on. She had been taken to the vet for hip pain to
find her 4th vertebra was shifted and the other vertebae had somehow fused together. She was in a lot of pain
upon standing and walking. She has also lost a great deal of weight over the past several months. Her vet
testing resulted in the diagnosis of stomach cancer. This caused her to refuse her pain medication which left
her owners with the hardest of decisions. We're not sure when Boots was born, nor do we know her age at
death. Her previous owners used her for puppy sales, which most likely caused her hip problems, and was
going to terminate her life since they were "finished" with her. Dave and Dorothy saved her and gave her the
best life possible. She was very loved and will be forever missed by The BIG DOG Bunch. We send our sincerest sympathy and love to her family, for this is their second loss this year with the passing of Tucker.
Good-bye for now, Boots. We will see you again at the last BDB meeting in heaven.
